Coating and Composites

In order to protect the foam project, coating can be applied to cover the foam.

Without coating, the foam might be brittle and break easily, unless thick or dense.

We provide different types of coatings, depending on the application needed, from Polyurea hard coat to Cement, Polyurethane, Epoxy and other materials - All meant to protect the foam providing a smooth finish.

For objects that need to be soft we spray rubber, and for projects that need to be strong and smooth we spray hard coat Polyurea.

Once the foam is coated, it can be painted with any type of paint - Latex, oil based, water based or automotive.
